Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was a mix of stunning jungle views from the room but dealing with a musty smell due to damp conditions. The staff impressed me with their kindness, especially when they went above and beyond to assist with a hospital visit. The location was convenient, close to the Monkey Forest and other necessary facilities. The dining experience, though average, tried to compensate for issues with a boiler. Overall, a tranquil setting with some drawbacks to consider.
Staying in this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although providing a jungle view and overlooking the river, had a noticeable smell of mold and humidity. On the bright side, the location was amazing, offering a tranquil setting away from the hustle and bustle of Ubud but still within walking distance to attractions and eateries.
The hotel is at the end of the resort, which can be a bit tiring when you want to relax in your room, especially since it's cooler outside than inside. The service from the staff was really helpful in every aspect, and the location is good, being close to restaurants and shops, as well as the monkey forest. The dining experience, while tasty, was pretty basic and could be more exciting. The facilities were decent, but there were a few minor inconveniences.
I stayed at a hotel located amidst a sloping jungle with a poolside view, which was great during dinner. The rooms were comfortable, but they could use some improvement. The service was exceptional, particularly the warm and accommodating manager who upgraded us to a villa, offering a better toilet situation. The location was peaceful and quiet, yet a short walk to Ubud center. The dining experience was lovely, although adding more healthy breakfast options would be beneficial. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The hotel's location was ideal, close to the main attractions but with a serene atmosphere. The rooms were quite spacious, providing a comfortable stay. However, there were some issues with the service that affected our overall experience.
